Technical parameters for voice messages delivered / recorded by the customer:
- Sample frequency 32,000 Hz, mono, 16 bits, no digital filter can be used, the quality does not matter; however, if the quality of the recording is too low, the level of background noise will increase when the volume is increased. Therefore the ideal quality is around 40 to 80% of the maximum value.
- Voice messages delivered by the customer need to be in the following formats: WAV, MP3.
- Recorded voice messages can be sent via email or on compatible media (3.5" 1.44 MB floppy disk or a CD).
