Colored Line services can be set up in many ways. Choose the parameters that best suit your needs.

Choose a basic configuration along with additional services that meet your requirements. With the right settings, your Colored Line will be working for you. Using the Colored Line Profile service, you can change the settings online instantly.

Colored Line configurations

Ekonom (Economist) – includes a monthly fee for the use of a Colored Line and forwarding to a different number if the line is unavailable.

Efektiv (Effective) – includes a monthly fee for the use of a Colored Line, forwarding to an arbitrary amount of numbers based on various criteria determined by you, and online maintenance using Colored Line Profile.

Elite – in addition to all the services mentioned in the Effective configuration, you also get online statistics of calls made to your Colored Line and the options of limiting concurrent incoming calls to the line (the Target Limitation service) and setting limits via a PIN code.

Colored Line services

Choice of an original number	Choose an original, easy-to-remember number. You can reserve the number of your choice free of charge. e.g. 800 1Počítač - is 800 176 248
Voice instructions	Let voice instructions work for you. The Customer Voice Messages service enables you to create individual recordings (voice instructions) that will guide your customers through the structure of your Colored Line.
Language selection	Give your callers the option of communicating in their own respective languages! You can thus simplify communication with foreign clients.
Limited line access	Undesired calls can be limited in several ways. Black list - blocks calls from specific phone numbers White list - only allows calls from specific numbers PIN - the caller can only reach you if they know a security code
Automatic forwarding	Do not keep your customers waiting. If your Colored Line is unavailable, forward the caller to a different operator, set of voice instruction, or to voice mail.
Target Limitation	You can set up the maximum number of concurrent incoming calls on your Colored Line.
Forwarding	Direct calls as you require. Direct forwarding – unconditional - permanently forwards your calls to one number Indirect forwarding – conditional - forwards calls according to various parameters according to origin - directs calls to branches depending on the calling party's location. You can choose from 110 regions in the Czech Republic for calls from a fixed line and 14 regions throughout the world for calls from a mobile network. according to day - forward your calls based on the day - weekend, bank holiday, company holiday, service day... there are 16 types of days available according to time - you can divide your day into five time zones based on your opening hours, lunch break, etc. according to traffic - you can divide your Colored Line's traffic among several branches according to additional information - the caller uses the keypad to indicate the subject of their call. In this way, you offer them greater convenience by connecting them directly to a specialist and, at the same time, you save the cost of training operators.
