What you get
Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s. is a certified partner for the supply of a connection to SAP technical support through rcPACK. This gives customers the opportunity to get a comprehensive solution from a single provider, i.e. an analysis of requirements, a proposal of a technical solution, the connection itself, and training. The service covers the settlement of all formalities with headquarters to get access to the SAP OSS system. The service provides access to SAP technical product support, based in Walldorf, Germany. This gives customers the opportunity to use the Online Service System at competitive rates. Connection to the SAP network is provided by a backup fixed line.
