Frame Relay and ATM Operation Reporting

Service characteristics
Operation Reporting for the Frame Relay, International Frame Relay, ATM, and International ATM data services is an optional value added service for the above-listed basic services; it provides the customer with reports featuring a summary of data regarding the operation, load, and quality of the service per day or month.
This reports are designed in such a way that one page usually contains summary data about the service or selected ports in the form of tables, graphs, a table of the worst cases, and a graph of trends.
Daily reports are generated on the following afternoon, monthly reports on the day after the end of the calendar month.
This reports are generated by the PPR reporting system, based on the subsequent processing of accounting and statistical data acquired daily from Nortel Passport equipment.
Operation reports are presented on the O2 website to those with authorized access, or they are delivered by email to authorized persons. Frame Relay and ATM Operation Reporting enables the customer to optimize the parameters of data lines and circuits with respect to actual needs of the applications being operated.
A condition for establishing the Operation Reporting service is the usage of the FR and ATM services in the same location. In the case of International Frame Relay and International ATM, this service is conditioned by supply of Operation Reporting from the foreign partner providing the foreign segment of the solution.

FR PVC Daily overview of load and service quality of a group of PVC |
This report provides a summarized overview of the daily load and service quality of a group of one customer's FR PVC in the form of graphs and tables on one hand. The customer thus gets an overview of the total operation within the committed and excess information rates (CIR and EIR, respectively) and of the quality of service provided by the network during the day being reported. The customer can also see how, in the most stressed PVC, their highest transfer requirements within the configured CIR and EIR are satisfied and will be able to optimize their settings for individual PVC. |

Operating and technical conditions
Time for service implementation: 1 - 2 weeks after the service is ordered. The user will obtain the username and password assigned to them for access to their operation reports at www.o2.cz in written form.
Daily reports for the previous day are displayed on the following day, usually from 15:00.
For International ATM and International Frame Relay, the above mentioned time schedule depends on delivery of data from the foreign partner and may differ. It will be set individually after an agreement with the foreign partner. Consulting of the reported data is provided by email (contact at the user web page)
