Fixed Call Routing

You can order the service by calling our toll-free line at 800 222 777 or by visiting any O2 Shop.

You can only operate the service using a touchtone phone. If you have a phone with a rotary dial, you can request a free replacement at any O2 Shop.

1. Pick up the receiver and wait for the dial tone.

Service activation	press * 53 * fixed number #
Canceling the service	press # 53 #
Inquiry	press * # 53 * fixed number #

2. You will receive a message confirming activation once the selected sequence has been entered properly. You will hear a busy tone if the selected sequence has been entered incorrectly.
3. Hang up.

Notes on service activation

1. The service can only be used with touchtone phones. It is not supported by rotary-dial phones.
2. Set the TONE/PULSE switch on your phone to TONE.
