Detailed billing provides you with a comprehensive summary of your usage of fixed-line services. You can order it for your b, as well as secondary, interconnecting phone lines.
Customers most frequently order a detailed bill in print form once, retroactively; that is, for one selected period that has passed.
If you want an overview of the calls you made during a previous period, you can order the service by calling the toll-free number 800 123 456 or at O2 Shops If you are interested in getting a regular summary of your fixed line usage, we recommend the O2 E-bill service.

The conditions for operating premium tariff lines (976 xxx xxx), approved by the Association of Public Telecommunications Networks Operators, set the maximum duration of one connection at 60 minutes and, at the same time, the maximum price of one connection at CZK 4,200.
