This service prevents your number from being shown to anyone you call.
If you do not want your number to be displayed to the recipients of your calls, you can activate this service. Furthermore, your number will not be recognized by CLIP users.

Activation instructions for each call
- Lift the receiver and wait for the dial tone
- Dial *31* and the complete number of the party you are dialing

For permanent activation of CLIR, call 800 203 203.
The service can only be controlled with a touchtone phone. If you have a rotary phone from Telefónica
Czech Republic, we will be happy to replace it with a touchtone
phone for free.
The CLIR service cannot be used when sending fixed-line
SMS messages. A text message will not be sent with CLIR
activated.
If your device supports permanent or automatic CLIR,
follow your phone's instruction manual when setting up the
service.
