- installation of software needed to operate O2 Email services
- installation of software needed for mobile telephones
- setup of the HSCSD and GPRS services

- direct access to the O2 Email Line *78
- telephone and email support
O2 Email Service Profi with a flat monthly fee includes:
- all services included in the "no monthly fee" package (see above)
- two hours of service free of charge
- checking compatibility between ISDN modems from other suppliers and the HSCSD and GPRS transmission technologies
- volume discounts for technical support
- specialized customer training
