A Blue Line divides calling costs between you and your customers. They call your company at a cheaper rate and, at the same time, you limit malicious calls.

A Blue Line enables your customers to call you at a cheaper rate. The caller pays a proportion of the calling fee and you pay the rest. Blue Lines are usually used by companies that operate in tourism, public services, and financial institutions.

By using a Blue Line you save money on line operation and you will limit malicious calls because the caller has to pay a proportion of the fee as well. By using an easy-to-remember phone number of your choice, you address customers in your target group throughout the Czech Republic, or in a specific region.

Pre-recorded voice messages will direct the customer to an operator. These messages can be recorded in four languages (Czech, English, French, German). Using a Black List, White List, or PIN, you can limit access to your Blue Line.

You can now also get a detailed list of calls made to your line, which will help you optimize your line's operator coverage; this can be achieved with, for instance, the Fixed Call Routing service. You can use the Colored Line Profile service to track changes and demands on the operation of your line on the Internet.
