Customer Voice Messages

Modify and optimize the voice messages that navigate your customers on your Colored Line.

The Customer Voice Messages service enables you to create customized voice messages that will direct your customers through the structure of your Colored Line. You can thus communicate with your customers clearly and in accordance with your firm's concept.

  • callers can react instantly, making their choices either by pressing a key or through voice commands

Customer Voice Messages reacts not only when a caller presses a key on their phone, but also when the caller issues voice commands. The caller can therefore choose between pressing, for instance, the one key and saying "One". In this way you can satisfy the needs of all customers, even those who do not have phones with tone dialing.

The service is provided under the General Terms and Conditions for Providing Public Phone Services.

Service activation

You activate Customer Voice Messages by calling 800 203 203.

To set up the service, there is a form that is included with all contracts for services provided on the IN platform (e.g. Green Line, TeamNet .....).
