The following terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.

Prices are without VAT (with VAT).
Special montly fees for the Internet Optimal and Internet Active tariffs apply for the first year if internet for the office service is newly set up with a twelve-month commitment. Customers will be charged the standard monthly fee from the 13th month. This offer is valid until March 31, 2012.
If the contract is cancelled before the commitment expires, customers will be charged a fee of CZK 333 for each month remaining of the commitment.
Setup of internet for the office service is conditioned by confirmation of its availability. The flow of data with the Internet Optimal and Internet Active tariffs can be controlled, e.g. if the network is overloaded.
