How long can I be online and how much data can I download?
You can be on the internet 24 hours a day and you can download as much data as you wish without having to pay anything extra. We enforce no limits.

How long does it take to set up internet service?
The process (from ordering to activation) usually takes ten days. This period is not guaranteed – it depends on the current number of orders and is conditioned by technical availability. We will actively keep you informed about the progress of your order and its fulfillment.

Can I install internet service on my own?
Most of our customers do the installation themselves, using the self-installation package. It contains a modem, all necessary instructions, and contact details for O2 technical support specialists, who are ready to help you with the modem connection at any time. You can also choose paid installation by our technicians.
