- Installation of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) and a connection to your email server. The BES server needs to have Internet access.
- Purchase of a special BlackBerry mobile, which, with an integrated full QWERTY keyboard, is designed for reading and writing emails.
- Activation of the BlackBerry service.
