The applicant must show the marriage certificate or a new ID card, or a final decision.

  other cases are regarded as a change of name

• legal entities, self-employed individual - change of company name
  note that there cannot be a simultaneous change of Tax Identification Number, Company Identification Number or Birth Registration Number - in this case it is considered a transfer

• for self-employed individuals this means supplementing the Birth Registration/Tax Identification or Company Identification Number
• others should note that there cannot be a simultaneous change of the Tax Identification Number, Company Identification Number or Birth Registration Number - in this case it is a transfer
• there is a change of the station class (A-C; C-A) and a change of the subscriber type (E-P; P-E) in the systems at the same time)
• change of class, e.g. IS-PPS
