This service is no longer available. Information on this page is for customers who ordered the service before its termination.
You can activate the O2 Star service in the following ways:
1. SMS
To activate:
Send an SMS containing the keyword O2STAR A XXXXXXXXX to the phone number 999111. Replace the "XXXXXXXXX" with the nine-digit telephone number of the person you wish to call (and send messages to) for 20 percent less.
For example: O2STAR A 602654321
To deactivate:
Send an SMS containing the keyword O2STAR D to the phone number 999111.
Note: Sending the activation or deactivation SMS costs the same as sending a regular SMS, based on your tariff.
2. Customer Care Center *11 - automated voice menu system
Simply dial *11 and follow the voice prompts. Calling the Customer Care Center *11 from your mobile phone is free of charge.
3. Customer Care Center *11 - operator
Dial *11 and ask the Customer Care Center operator to activate or deactivate the service. Calling the Customer Care Center *11 from your mobile phone is free of charge.
4. brand stores and authorized dealers
Visit a brand store or authorized dealer and our consultants will be happy to activate the O2 Star service for you.
