Let us take care of your computer-related concerns. Our specialists are at your service every business day until late in the evening. They will answer your call within few minutes and provide support over the phone. If the problem needs to be solved on-site, we will send a specialist to your office by the next business day at the latest. In the event of faulty hardware, you will receive a replacement computer of the same model, also by the next business day.

Phone support

Anytime you need help or advice concerning your computer, simply dial 800 203 203 - service support is available every business day from 08:00 to 21:00.

Remote support

An administrator can help you fix a number of computer problems remotely. It doesn't matter if you are on a business trip (outside of the Czech Republic) or in your office, all you need is an Internet connection. Call 800 203 203, and service support is available every business day from 08:00 to 21:00.

On-site service

If your problem requires the presence of a technician at your office, one will visit you by the next business day from the time your problem was reported.

Hardware guarantee

If a technician ascertains that your hardware is faulty, you will receive a replacement computer of the same model. You can start working with it immediately.

Software guarantee

We will resolve any problem related to damaged software that was provided together with your computer. If we are unable to do so remotely, and if it cannot be accomplished by reimaging your computer, we will send a specialist to you within two working days! We are not responsible for software that is not supplied with the computer.

Regular computer upgrades

With O2 Computer Solution, your technology is always state-of-the-art. At the end of your installment plan (i.e. every two to three years), we will offer you new computers and take away the old ones.
