every business day until late in the evening. They will answer your

s and provide support over the phone. If the problem needs to be resolved on-site, we will send a specialist to your office by
the next business day at the latest. In the event of faulty hardware, you will receive a replacement computer of the same model, also by the next business day.

Theft insurance
Your desktop or notebook computer will be fully insured with O2 Computer Solution - whether it's in your office or with you when you're traveling.
Insurance covers:
- computer theft from a locked room
- computer theft from locked luggage space
The insurance does not cover damages caused by recklessness (e.g. a spilled beverage, if the computer is dropped, etc.) or theft from a space that is not secured or in which the computer is visible (e.g. a car seat, an open room, etc.).
