These terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.
The above-mentioned prices apply if you activate the service with a twenty-four-month contract; the prices remain valid for the entire duration of the contract.
After 24 months have expired, the customer will be charged the regular price for the service in accordance with the valid Pricelist for Electronic Communications Services – O2 Internet Forte.
O2 Internet Forte can only be provided in locations where an xDSL connection can be used. In the event that this condition is not met, we recommend using the IOL DIGITAL service.
In the event of a complete network overload, the Provider maintains the option to lower the transmission speed to a ratio of 1:4.
