Telefónica is not a provider of third party services accessible through Premium Rate SMS services (further ‘PR SMS’).
A summary of numbers assigned to particular providers for the purposes of providing services through the PR SMS is available on the website of the Association of Mobile Network Providers at www.apms.cz
Telefónica ensures the traffic between the PR SMS sender/recipient within the O2 network and particular contractual partners (i.e. providers of third party services) and ensures for these providers the collection of payments for the services provided by them. Telefónica holds no responsibility for the content and quality of these services and/or their advertising. Detailed information regarding particular services provided (incl. prices and phone numbers) are published by the respective providers of third party services in the form of advertisements, e.g. in magazines and TV programmes.
The PR SMS ranks among content-based services charged under a special tariff, enabling customers to access third party services through 7-digit numbers (referred to as MO SMS) and 5- or 8-digit numbers (referred to as MT SMS) structured in accordance with the valid Premium Services Code – Premium SMS/MMS:

The price of each type of service is determined by the tariff and by the special price list which is published by the provider of the respective service.
The price of all sent/received PR SMS is included in the Bill for Services (section ‘Payments for Third Party Services’).
Any complaints regarding third party services are always resolved directly by the provider of the respective service. The tax document is issued by the provider of the service. Contact details of the providers of services are available at www.o2.cz/3partner.
