Switch your company phones to O2 for free and keep your current numbers. All you have to do is call us. We'll take care of the rest.

How to switch

• choose from a wide selection of O2 tariffs
• contact our Business Account Line at 800 203 203
• fill in the phone number transfer request with our operator
• you'll receive an eleven-digit order identification number (called a PAC ID) for the transfer of your number

Documentation required for a request submission

Phone number transfer

• you'll receive a SIM card with a temporary phone number from us, so you can start using our services immediately
• submit a cancellation notice to your current operator within ten working days of submitting the request for a phone number transfer at the latest
• we'll inform you about the phone number transfer by SMS
• your temporary phone number will then be changed to your original number

The process of transferring a phone number can be terminated up until the moment both operators approve the transfer date.
