O2 Business Unlimited tariff, you get
unlimited calling to numbers in all networks in the Czech Republic for free. You only pay a monthly fee and then you can call any network as often as you wish, whenever you want. This is the
first tariff on the Czech market to make such an offer. By signing a 24-month contract for the O2 Business Unlimited tariff, your rate for calls to all mobile and fixed-line numbers in the Czech Republic drops to 0 CZK/min.

The prices are in CZK per minute. Billing intervals include the first minute and then, 30 sec periods.

*2 The price is reduced to CZK 1 incl. VAT (CZK 0.84 excl. VAT) in a period from 1 December 2005 until 31 December 2008. After that the standard price of videocalls will be CZK 8.33 incl. VAT (CZK 7.00 excl. VAT). O2 Videocalls service is charged per minute. The price of O2 Web Videocalls service is the same as the price of O2 Videocalls service.

▪ Unused free minutes do not transfer to the next billing period with all O2 Business price plans.
▪ Calls charged 0 CZK/min in the O2 Business Nonstop do not apply to both incoming and outgoing international and roaming calls, to any calls to premium rate numbers (e.g. colour lines), to any data calls and calls from SIM cards placed elsewhere then (i) in terminal equipment other than mobile phones and (ii) in equipment determined solely for being used by end users for calling to other subscribers.
▪ O2 Business price plans (except for O2 Business 150) may be used by both new and existing business customers without a valid framework contract, however, with a 12-month or 24-month commitment using a “special offer” of a phone set for a special price. Customers under a valid contract may enjoy these price plans without any commitment or using a “special offer” of a phone set for a special price with a 24-month commitment.
▪ Should the contractual commitment be infringed, the provider is entitled to seek a penalty in the amount of CZK 150 per each month remaining to the commitment expiry.
▪ The monthly flat fee charged for O2 Business 150, O2 Business 300, O2 Business 600, O2 Business 1200, O2 Business Nonstop price plans includes the Detailed Electronic Account service fee.
▪ A customer may not use the chosen price plan in conflict with the applicable regulations or the provider’s General Terms & Conditions, namely the obligations according to Articles 4.1.6, 4.2.1 4.2.2. The provider is entitled to charge a contractual penalty to the customer for each case of breach of obligations according to the articles given hereabove in the amount of CZK 70,000 per each SIM card and the billing period, in which at least one such infringement occurred.
▪ The abuse of benefits provided to O2 Business Nonstop price plans means in this respect any interconnection, routing, artificial or automated generation of calls, intentional aggravation of network quality by automatically generated calls, using the price plan primarily for the purpose of any financial or other unlawful enrichment of the customer or a third party, or using the price plan for purposes unusual for a subscriber’s standard conduct, i.e. using more than 10,000 minutes within a single calendar month.
