Our employee remuneration system is grounded in the collective agreement negotiated with the trade union organization operating in O2 CZ. Remuneration rules are further specified in the Internal Remuneration Policy, which is also consulted and promulgated in agreement with the trade union. Employee remuneration is derived from the basic salary. In addition to the basic salary, employees (in accordance with the rules and terms of their remuneration) are granted incentives – bonuses or commissions.
Employees are, of course, also motivated with a wide range of benefits. Employees receive a certain number of benefit points for each year that they can use to claims the benefits of their choice. The full range of benefits that each of our employees can claim and enjoy comes in the form of a simple guide where all the benefits are presented in a way that facilitates understanding and selection.
Very popular are health days, breakfast with employees, Christmas party, family days, sports games, competitions and incentive programs and similar activities, which in most cases are organized by teams of internal communication, human resources and social responsibility.

Also, our company has a very high quality team for training and development, including internal coaches.
In 2019, we taught 191,724 training hours at O2 CZ. Each of our employees participated in at least one training in 2019. The total number of participants in our trainings reached 11,801.
