Why use a color line

A nice number that is easy to remember

Choose a number that is easy to remember and that you can keep as long as you need it. It can for example start with three digits 800, which tell your customers that they can reach you for free.

Interactive voice response

Automatic voice response (IVR) helps your customers get to information they need as fast as possible. And it saves you time and money.

One contact number and help when the line is overloaded

If you find out that one call center is not enough, you can forward calls from an overloaded location somewhere else. E.g. simply set up that 50% of calls will be dealt with by a different branch. Yet you keep one contact number and your customers do not notice anything.

How does setting up a phone number work

When we meet or when we talk on the phone, you tell us how you wish to use the line and if your customers should call you for free.

We will suggest a type of line that is the best for you and we will prepare a price offer for you, that includes e.g. a one-off price, monthly fee and calling rates.

You can then choose a phone number and together we will set up, where the phone will physically ring, when somebody calls you. For example at a call center, on a mobile number, or at a specific department.

Then you only need to sign a contract and your customers can call you within a few business days.
