Recharging in shopping chains

You can use recharging cards to recharge your credit directly at shop cashiers, where you purchase them.

How to do it

  1. Visit a shop and choose a card with the requested amount (CZK 200, CZK 300, or CZK 500) at a recharging rack (located usually at the cashiers)
  2. Hand over the recharging card at the cashier
  3. Enter the phone number of the recharged mobile phone to the payment terminal
  4. Pay up
  5. Check the SMS message confirming that your recharging took place successfully
  6. It’s done

Further information

  • You can use the service, which does not need activating, with O2 prepaid cards
  • The card needs to be active for you to recharge it
  • Our recharging card cannot be used to recharge a card of a different operator
  • The monthly limit for one number is CZK 9,999
  • You can recharge your credit at any time, it only depends on the business hours of shopping chains
  • You can pay in cash or by a card, whatever suits you better
  • Once you pay up you get a simplified taxation document with contact details for an eventual complaint
  • The service is free, you only pay the recharged sum
