Recharging from an ATM

1. Insert a payment card into an ATM
2. Enter the PIN code of your payment card
3. Check the menu and locate and choose the mobile phone, O2, and Recharging entry
4. Choose the amount that you wish to recharge your credit with (CZK 200, CZK 300, CZK 500, CZK 900 or any amount between CZK 200 and CZK 9,999). It just needs to be in full crowns)
5. Enter the phone number of the O2 prepaid card that you wish to recharge in a national nine-digit format
6. Enter the phone number where you wish to have the confirmation of recharging sent (it can even be a number of a different operator)
7. Choose "Confirm"
8. If you specified a phone number for recharging confirmation, you will get a confirming SMS message. If you enter nine zeros the confirming SMS message won’t be sent
9. A Komerční banka ATM prints out a receipt. Nevertheless, it cannot be used as a taxation document

Česká spořitelna and Komerční banka ATMs

• You can recharge your credit with CZK 200, CZK 300, CZK 500, or CZK 900, or any amount between CZK 200 and CZK 4,000
• Specify the amount in full crowns
• You can use one payment card only twice a day to recharge your credit
• The monthly limit for recharging from one card is CZK 4,000
• Every bank has an individual limit set for a payment card. You also need to consider it when recharging your credit at an ATM

ČSOB and Poštovní spořitelna ATMs

• You can recharge your credit with an amount between CZK 200 and CZK 9,999
• It is possible to recharge credit with maximum of CZK 10,000 in one day
• It is possible to recharge credit with the maximum of CZK 30,000 in one month
• You can use one payment card only twice a day to recharge your credit

• An ATM that can be used to recharge an O2 card is labeled with an O2 logo
• It is not possible to use an ATM to recharge your credit when you are abroad. Registered customers of Komerční banka who use the *122*# code are the only exception
• To recharge credit at an ATM you do not need to be a customer of that particular bank. The above-mentioned types of cards can be issued by any bank, even a foreign one. The only exception is the American Express. You can use it to recharge credit only at ATMs of the bank that issued the card
• Payment cards starting with number 9 cannot be used to recharge credit. They are only designed for cash withdrawal
• The service will not cost you any additional banking fees, recharging is billed the same way as a payment by a card in a shop
