By entering the code on your phone
- Enter a recharging command on your phone using keywords: *102*14digit code of the O2 voucher#
- For example *102*12345677654321#
- Do not separate the symbols and numbers with a space
- You send the command in the same way as when you dial a phone number (for most phones by pressing the green receiver)
- Wait for an SMS message confirming that the recharging was successful
- If the recharging is not successful you will get a notification on your display
By calling the Customer Care Center
- Have the phone number that you wish to recharge and your O2 voucher handy
- Call the 800 02 02 02 line and choose “Recharging”
- Follow the instructions that you hear
- Wait for an SMS message confirming the recharging
By entering the code in the Web Self-Care My O2
- Log into the Web Self-Care My O2
- Click on the “Předpladenka/prepaid card” option
- Using the field with the credit amount click on the “Recharge credit” button
- Enter your voucher number and confirm it with the “Recharge” button
- Wait for an SMS message confirming that you have recharged your credit
