Recharging your credit using a voucher

By entering the code on your phone

1. Enter a recharging command on your phone using keywords: *102*14digit code of the O2 voucher#
2. For example *102*12345677654321#
3. Do not separate the symbols and numbers with a space
4. You send the command in the same way as when you dial a phone number (for most phones by pressing the green receiver)
5. Wait for an SMS message confirming that the recharging was successful
6. If the recharging is not successful you will get a notification on your display

By calling the Customer Care Center

1. Have the phone number that you wish to recharge and your O2 voucher handy
2. Call the 800 02 02 02 line and choose “Recharging”
3. Follow the instructions that you hear
4. Wait for an SMS message confirming the recharging

By entering the code in the Web Self-Care My O2

1. Log into the Web Self-Care My O2
2. Click on the “Předpladenka/prepaid card” option
3. Using the field with the credit amount click on the “Recharge credit” button
4. Enter your voucher number and confirm it with the “Recharge” button
5. Wait for an SMS message confirming that you have recharged your credit

By entering the code in the phone

1. Using your phone enter the recharging command with keywords: *102*14digit code of the O2 voucher*phone number of the recharged phone#
2. For example *102*xxxxxxxxxxxxxx*606123456#
3. Do not separate the symbols and numbers with a space
4. You send the command in the same way as when you dial a phone number (for most phones by pressing the green receiver)
5. Wait for an SMS message confirming that the recharging was successful
6. If the recharging is not successful you will get a notification on your display

1. Have the phone number that you wish to recharge and your O2 voucher handy

You can purchase a voucher worth CZK 300 and CZK 550 not only at an O2 Shop, but at many other places as well. For example at newsagents, post offices or gas stations.

If you cannot read the number on your voucher stop by at one of our O2 Shops. We will be happy to recharge your credit for you.

• A recharging voucher is usually a paper card with a printed recharging number
• Each recharging voucher has a serial number of the voucher and a recharging number of the voucher
• You can use your phone and a voucher to recharge somebody else’s credit regardless of you having a prepaid card or a tariff
• You can use a voucher to recharge your credit even from abroad. The procedure is the same as when recharging your credit in the Czech Republic
