General Meeting, which comprises the company’s shareholders, shall be the supreme body of the company. Its authority is determined by the Business Corporations Act and the company’s Articles of Association. The General Meeting shall be convened at least once a year by the Board of Directors, so that it is held no later than six months from the last day of the accounting period.
