How to activate your eSIM:

We recommend that you proceed according to your phone manufacture's website.
NOTE: Multiple downloads are not supported.
NOTE: You must be connected to Wi-Fi during the installation and do not interrupt the installation.
If you need additional data, you can recharge your credit with CZK 499, activating 10 GB of data for another 30 days.
After 30 days, the eSIM will stop working. You can reactivate it by topping up your credit with CZK 499. Once you top up your credit, you will have access to 10 GB of data again for a period of 30 days.
It's easy. You can top up your credit using a payment card directly on the o2.cz website, in the Moje O2 app , at ATMs, at the cash registers of some stores, or at any O2 Store.
On your phone, enter the code *104*# and confirm it as an outgoing call. Alternatively, you can check it in the Moje O2 app.
